Create a linear gradient with these settings

Selectiontool (S) custom selection

Floodfill the selection with your gradient

Effects - plugins  - Eye Candy 5 Textures - Weave

Effects - 3D effecten - inner bevel

*
Selections - select none
*
Effects - plugins  - Andromeda - Perspective

Rasterdeformtool (D) pull out the layer to the right untill 500 pixel

Layers - duplicate
*
Image - mirror
*

Layers - merge - merge down

Image - canvas size
