Pick from your tube a dark color as foregroundcolor and a bright color as backgroundcolor

Fill the image with this gradient

Selections - select all
*
Copy your main tube and paste into selection

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur -  15

Effecten - vervorminsgeffecten - golf

Selections  - select none
*
With your magic wand select these two parts

Hit the delete button
