Effects - deformation effects - pinch - strenght 100

Effects - refelexion effects - feedback

Activate your magic wand with these settings

Select the transparent part on top

Effects - distortion effects - wind

Repeat the wind but now from the right

Layers - duplicate

Image - flip
*
Effects - reflexion effects - caleidoscope

Selectiontool (S) user definited selection

Hit the delete button

Layers - merge - merge down

Layers - move - move down

Flood fill the layer with the gradient

Activate raster layer 1

Layers - merge - merge group

Activate the layer at the bottom

Move the tube to the right

Layers - duplicate

Image - mirror
*
Activate the top layer
*
Copy the tube "mc2687"  and past as a new layer

Move the tube as on the example

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Add your watermark
