Floodfill your image with this gradient

Effects - geometric effects - circle- transparent

Image - resize - 80% - unchekc all layers
*
Effects - distortion effects - polar cordinates - polar to rectangle
*
Distortiontool (D) push the layer up untill 250 pixel

Layers - duplicate
*
Image - flip
*
Layers - merge - merge down
*
With the magic wand select the transparent part in the middle
*
Selections - modify - expand 7 pixel
*
Layers - new raster layer
*
Layers - arrange - send to bottom
*
Foregroundcolor on #2b364c and backgroundcolor on #8290ba

Flood fill the layer with this gradient

Blendmode on overlay

Layers - new raster layer

Copy the tube "mistedpaisaje235_ByHebe"  and paste into selection
