Open a new transparant image  1000 x 600
*
Foregroundcolor #c7a152 and backgroundcolor #3a321e
*
Floodfill the image with this gradient

*
Selections - select all
*
Layers - new raster layer
*
Copy the tube "1900-luzcristina"  and paste into selection
*
Selections - select none
*
Effects - image effect - seamless tiling - default
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers
*
Effects - plugins - VM Distortion - Kaleidoscope

*
Image - resize - 60% - uncheck all layers
*
Effects - plugins - Flaming Pear - Flexify 2

Layers - duplicate
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers
*
Image - mirror
*
Layers - duplicate
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers

Image - mirror

Turn of the visibility of rasterlayer 1 and  visible merge the other 3 layers

Turn back the visibility of raster layer 1 but keep the merged layer active

Effects - image effects - off set

Adjust - blur - radial blur

Activate the bottom layer
