Repeat the mask once
*
Effects - reflections effects - rotating mirror

Effects - plugins  - FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss ( repeat 1 more time)

Activate the layer below

Effects - geometric effects - cirkle - transparent

Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers

Fill the layer with your gradient

Selections - select all

Copy the tube "Grisi_Woman_391 (2)""  and paste into selection

Selections - select none

Effects - image effects - seamless tiling - default

Adjust - blur - radial blur

Rasterdeformtool (D) as shown here (push down till 550 pixels)

Select with the magic wand in the transparent part

Selections - modify - feather inside/outside

Hit the delete button a few times

Selections - select none

Effects - plugins  - FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss

Layers - new masklayer - from image

Layers - merge - merge group

Layers - new rasterlayer

Layers - arrange - send to bottom

Fill the layer with your gradient

Layers - new raster layer

Activate your tool picture tubes and take tube "buildings"

Place on the horizontal line buildings like here (your's will be different because the tubes will be picked random)

Blendmode on luminance (legacy)

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

In the layerpallet move this layer above the layer with the circle
*
Activate the top layer
*
Copy the tube "Grisi_Woman_391 (2)""  and past as a new layer
*
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Layers - merge - merge all
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as JPG
