Image - mirror

Layers - arrange - move down

Layers - merge - merge visable

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - send to bottom

Image - canvas size

Flood fill the layer with a goldpattern

Layers - new raster layer

Put your foregroundcolor on #99703e and your backgroundcolor on #421f06

Layer pallet - blendmode on dissolve and opacity to 98%

Copy the tube "Tocha23396" and paste as a new layer on your
work

Move the tube as on the example

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - settings as before

Copy the other 3 tubes and paste them as new layer on your image

Move the tubes on the right spot
*
Give them the same drop shadow as the other tube

Activate the layer group merged

Effects - lumination effects - lights #99703e

Activate your tool lighten/dark brush
