Activate the top layer

Activate the layer at the bottom  (with the gradient)

Flood fill the layer with a matching color

Activate the top layer
*
Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer
*
(I prefered to place the tube below raster 2)

Drop shadow your choice
*
Layers - merge - merge all
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
