Layer - merge - merge group

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Layers - new raster layer
*
Layers - arrange - move down
*
Pick from your tube a dark color as forground color and a brigt color as background color

Flood fill the layer with this gradient

Option : Effects - plugins - FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss - Edge Warp unchecked

Image - canvas size

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Repeat with V -10 and H 1-6

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - move down

Flood fill the layer with this gradient

Select with the magic wand the transparent parts
