Activate layer group - raster 2

Layers - arrange - bring to top

Activate raster layer 2

Effects - image effects - off set

Copy the  tube "visage_sublime_60_tubed_by_thafs" and paste as a new layer on your image

Image - resize - 80% - unchekc all layers
*
Move the tube as on the example
*
Copy the tube "Marca de Agua" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Add a border your choice
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
