Save the file "goldgradient" in the gradient folder
Save the file "snake skin" in the texture folder
Save the tubes  in a folder your choice

Open a new transparent image 988x 600

Flood fill the image with #0d2e6a
*
Put the background color on #9889c2
*
Effects - plugins - Filters Unlimited - Render - Clouds (fore/backgroundcolor)

*
Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise

*
Layers - new rasterlayer
*
Selections - select all
*
Copy the tube "winterscenery11" and paste into selection
*
Selections - select none
*
Opacity of this layer on 70%
*
Copy the tube "TubeNP-606" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Effects - plugins - Xero - Porcelain

*
Layers - new rasterlayer
*
Selections - load/save selection - load selection from disk "sel219_aliciar"

*
Flood fill the selection with the gradient "GoldGradient"

*
Selections - select none
*
Effects- edge effects - edhance
*
Effects - distortion effects - punch - strenght 40%
*
Layers - duplicate
*
Effects - distortion effects - displacement map - pick the pattern "snake skin"

*
Opacity of this layer on 80%
*
Copy the tube "christmas-eclipse-aliciar" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Move the tube as on the example
*
Copy the tube "noel_boules-bleus-macha-03-12-08" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Move the thube to the left
*
Copy the tube "Jen_Kerstbeer 536_14-11-2011" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Image - resize - 75% - uncheck all layer
*
Move the tube as on the example
*
Copy the  tube "Marca de Agua" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Image - add border - 20 pixel #ffffff
*
Select with the magic wand the border
*
Flood fill the border with the gold gradient
*
Selections - select none
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
