Copy the tube "AR405" and paste into selection

Selections - select none
*
Effects - image effects - seamless tiling - default

Effects - plugins - Blur - Radial Blur

Effects - reflection effects - rotating mirror

*
Effects - user defined filter - emboss_3
*
Effects - plugins - Mura's Meister - Pole Transform

Layers - duplicate
*
Effects - geometric effects - perspective horizontal

*
Image - mirror
*
Effects - geometric effects - perspective horizontal

*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers
*
Effects- reflection effects - feedback

*
Effectes - 3D effects - drop shadow

*
Effects - distortion effects - pinch - strenght 70

Layers - duplicate
*
Image - flip
*
Effectes - distortion effects - wave

Activate the layer copy raster 1
*
Repeat the wave effect with the same settings

Turn off the visability of the bottom layer
*
Merge the other 2 layers visable

Effects - edge effects - enhance

Effectes - distortion effects  - warp

Image - mirror
*
Layers - merge - merge visable

Effects - distortion effects - pinch - strenght  100

Image - flip
*
Effects - image effects - off set

Layers - new mask layer - from image

Layers - duplicate

Layers - merge - merge group

Effectes - 3D effects - drop shadow - color is your foreground color

Adjust - blur - motion blur

*
Effects - texture effects - blinds - color is your background color

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Activate the other shadow layer (top layer)
*
Repeat the drop shadow
*
Copy the tube "AR405" and paste as a new layer on your work
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers
*
Move the tube as on the example
*
Drrop shadow your choice
*
Turn back the visability of the bottom layer and activate this layer
*
Layers - new mask layer - from image

*
Layers - duplicate
*
Layers - merge - merge group
*
Layers - new raster layer
*
Layers - arrange - send to bottom
*
Flood fill the layer with the backgroundcolor
*
Layers - merge - merge all
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as JPG
