Layers - merge - merge down

Selections - select none
*
Effects - reflection effects - kaleidoscope

Select with the magic wand the 4 transparent parts

Selections - modify - select selection borders

Layers - new raster layer

Flood fill the selection with this gradient

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel

Selections - select none

Layers - merge - merge down
*
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Repeat with V -10

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - move down

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur 30

Copy the tube you used before

Opacity of this layer on 44% and if you wish you can change the blend mode

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen more

Effects - plugins - AAA Frames - Foto Frame

Image - add borders - 2 pixel #000000

Image - canvas size

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - send to bottom

Flood fill the layer with a matching color from your image

Activate the layer on top

Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer

Drop shadow your choice

Layers - merge - merge all

Add your watermark

Save as jpg
