Pick from your tube a dark color as forgroundcolor and a bright color as backgroundcolor

Flood fill your image with this gradient

Select with the magic wand the transparent part outsite the figur

Selections - invert

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - move down

Copy your landscape tube and paste into selection

Effects - undefined plugins - high pass

Activate the layer upon

Effects - plugins - FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss - uncheck edge warp

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

Repeat with V -10 and H -21

Layers - merge - merge down

Layers - new raster layer

Floodfill the layer with your gradient

Floodfill the layer with this gradient

Floodfill the layer with your dark foregroundcolor

Turn of the visability of the two layers on top

Activate one of the other layers and merge visably

Layers - new mask layer - from image

Layers - merge - merge group

Repeat the mask once
*
Image - canvas size

Layers - new raster layer

Layers - arrange - send to bottom

Floodfill the layer with a matching color from your image

Turn back the visability of the two layers on top and activate the top layer
*
Copy your main tube and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Drop shadow your choice
*
Layers - merge - merge all
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
