Image - mirror

Effects - geometric effects - prespective horizontal

Effects- distortion effects - wave

Layers - duplicate

Image - flip
*
Layers - merge - merge down
*
Effects- distortion effects  - pinch - strenght 100

Erase these 2 thin lines

Selections - modify - expand 5 pixel

Turn of the visibility of rasterlayer 1 and  visible merge the other 2 layers
