Floodfill the selection with your gradient

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel

Selections - select none

Hit with the magic wand the transparent middle of the circle

Layers - new rasterlayer

Copy the tube "anna_br.alsace.1063" and paste into selection

Blendmodus on dissolve

Selections - select none

Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise

Layers - merge - merge down

Edit - paste as new layer

Layers - arrange - move down
