Select with the magic wand the with part

Hit the delete button

Copy the tube "930-woman-LB TUBES" and paste as a new layer on your image

Image - mirror
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layer
*
Move the tube to the left
*
Add a border your choice
*
Copy the  tube "Marca de Agua" and paste as a new layer on your image

Layers - merge - merge all (flatten)
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
