Save all the materials in a folder of your own choise

Ready? Let's get started!

Open the tubes,mask and brush in PSP and make a copy of all. Close the originals
Export the brush into the brushfolder of PSP and give it a name
*
Open a new transparent image 650 x 450
*
Set the foregroundcolor to #353514 and the backgroundcolor to #6F6738
*
Make a gradient of the colors with these settings

*
Fill your layer with the gradient
*
Layers - duplicate
*
Activate the original layer
*
Effects - plugins - VM Tool Box - Motion Trail Wild

*
Activate the upper layer
*
Copy tube "greenwater" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Image - rezise - 80% - not all layers
*
Move the tube down to the right corner
*
Activate your deformationtool (D) and pull on the uppersite of the tube
*
Copy tube "LostIsland_MistedByGini_08_31_06" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Move the tube a little to the left
*
Your image looks simulair to this

You can get this effect also with one tube of your own choice - it is up to you
*
Close the lowest layer in your pallet
*
Activate one of the other layes
*
Layers - merge - merge visable
*
Layers - duplicate
*
You now have 3 layers - the layer with the motion trail wild effect and 2 layers with the landscape
*
Set your foreground on a goldpattern and close the backgroundcolor
*
Activate your preset shape tool

*
Draw so many rectangles as you want. This is my result

Layers - convert to rastelayer
*
Activate your eraser tool

*
Erase all the lines you don't like and zoom in your image so you can see it a little better

*
Activate your magic wand
*
Select all the areas outside your frame and rectangles who don't belong to your frame

*
Activate the copy layer of your landscape
*
Hit the delete button on your keyboard
*
Selections - select none
*
Activate the upperlayer again
*
Layers - merge - merge down
*
Activate the original landscape layer
*
Opacity of this layer on 50
*
Effects - plugins - FM Tile Tool - Blend Emboss with default settings
*
Repeat the plugin 1 more time
*
Activate the upperlayer
*
Effects - plugins - Filter Unlimited - Color Booster with default settings
*
Your image looks simulair to this

Still on your upperlayer
*
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow

*
Copy tube "SS_1218_misted" and paste as a new layer on your image
*
Move the tube to the left
*
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow with the same settings
*
Place your watermark on your image if you want to animate your work
*
Layers - merge - merge visable
*
Open tube "raz2006_Misted_BeforeTheStorm_MoonFlow"
*
Activate your crop tool
*
Crop your tube this way

Delete layer 1 and 3
*
Open your 20/20 image
*
Layers - new mask layer - from image

*
Layers - merge - merge group
*
Edit - copy
*
On your image edit - paste as a new layer
*
Move the layer up to the right corner
*
Opacity of this layer on 80
*
Layers - new raster layer
*
Set your foregroundcolor on #ffffff
*
Activate your paint brush tool and find your brush you exported before
*
Brush 3 or 4 times so you can see the brush very clearly

*
Effects - 3D effect - drop shadow

*
Layers - new rasterlayer
*
Full the layer with the goldpattern
*
Selections - select all
*
Selections - modify - contract 2
*
Hit the delete button on your keyboard
*
Selections - select none
*
Effects - 3D effect - drop shadow

If you don't want to animate your work you can save it now as jpg
*
If you want to animate your work we are going to rename the layers as here

*
Duplicate every layer twice so you have 3 layers of each
*
Activate the lowest sun-layer
*
Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise

*
Activate the middlest sun-layer
*
Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise 12
*
Activate the upper sun-layer
*
Adjust - add/remove noise - add noise - 16
*
Now hide all the copy layers so you only have the original layers open
*
Layers - merge - merge visible
*
Close this layer and open all the copy layers
*
Layers - merge - merge visible
*
Close this layer and open all the copy (2) layers
*
Layers - merge - merge visible
*
Open the other 2 layers
*
Save as psp.image
*
Open Animation Shop
*
Open your image you just saved
*
Edit - select all
*
Animation - frame properties

*
Save your image as gif
