Open a new transparent image 700 x 600

Pick 2 colors you want to work with (I took #1afa4e  and  #0b49f2)
*
Floodfill your image with this gradient

*
Effects - plugins - L&K's - Zitah

*
Effekte  - Effects- user defined filters - emboss_3
*
Effects - plugins- VM Toolbox - Origami Radial Folder

Effects - plugins - VM Toolbox - MirrororriM

Effects - image effects - seamless tiling - default
 *
Layers - new rasterlayer
*
Floodfill the layer with a color your choice (I took yellow)
*
Layers - new masklayer - from image

*
Layers - merge - merge group
*
Opacity of this layer on 75%
*
Layers - new rasterlayer
*
Floodfill the layer with one of the color you used for your gradient

Layers - new masklayer - from image

Layers - merge - merge group

Image - mirror
*
Opacity of this layer on 75%

Copy the tube "DBK Ethnic Model-A167-168" ( lower tube) and paste as a new layer

Image - resize - 75% - uncheck all layers
*
Move the tube as on the example

Dropshadow your choice

Image - add borders - 2 pixel dark color (I took #0b49f2)
*
Image - add borders - 50 pixel and take a less darker color as the dark color
*
Select with the magic wand the border

Effects - plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise

Effects - plugins - Xero XL - Serious Fog

Selections - reverse
*
Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow# is your dark color

Repeat with V -10 and H -10

Selections - select none

Copy the tube "DBK Ethnic Model-A167-168" (upper tube) and paste as a new layer

Image - mirror
*
Image - resize - 80% - uncheck all layers
*
Move the tube to the right
*
Drop shadow your choice
*
Image - add borders - 2 pixel dark color
*
Add your watermark
*
Save as jpg
